Innodata Corporation provides Internet and on-line publishing services, including product development and data capture and conversion necessary to enable its customers to publish information via the Internet. Innodata's customers include secondary electronic publishers of legal, educational, scientific and medical information. Through its On-Line Data Conversion and Content Management Services segment, the Company offers conversion and consulting services including SGML (Standard Generalized Markup Language), XML (eXtensible Markup Language) and HTML (Hypertext Markup Language). Innodata also converts hardcopy and paper collections. The Company's Document Imaging Services segment assists companies in the scanning and indexing of different types of business documents and provides high volume backfile and day-forward conversion of business documents, technical manuals, engineering drawings, aperture cards, roll film and microfiche.
