If you are familiar with using Windows Media Player and you have Windows Media Player installed on your computer, you may wish to skip this introduction.

In order to hear conference calls with Vcall, your computer must be properly set up. We have provided an easy to follow testing process to determine if you are ready to listen to a Vcall.


Step 1: Hardware check
You must have a computer with the following minimum requirements:
  1. A Pentium Processor, PowerPC or PowerMAC
  2. 28.8Kbps modem or network internet connection
  3. 32 MB RAM
  4. 8 MB FREE Hard Disk Space
  5. 16-bit sound card
  6. Speakers or Headphones
