Testing for Vcall (Windows)

Vcall uses the Windows Media Player system to deliver the call audio to you. You must have the Windows Media Player installed on your system in order to listen to a Vcall.

If your company uses a firewall and you are not able to access the audio, click here.

When you run the test, the Windows Media Player will pop up in front of your browser and you will hear a short test file.

After you have tested your computer, please click on one of the following links:
  • Yes, I heard the test file. I am ready to use Vcall
  • No, I did not hear the file. Click here to download the necessary software
