The Client: Altarum, formerly Health Systems Research, Inc (HSR) is a public-policy research and consulting firm that provides policy, program, and technical support to public-sector clients at the Federal, State, and local levels. For more than 25 years, Altarum has worked on a wide range of projects that have helped its clients develop, implement, and evaluate strategies that seek to improve people's lives through creative health and human service solutions.

The Challenge: Altarum experienced many challenges when conducting on-site events. Coordinating and executing an event was time consuming and costly due to the travel expenses associated with bringing geographically dispersed employees to a single central location.
